Built in 1894 as a shoe factory, Ren Box is a 7-story reinforced concrete building that will house 70 rental units when it opens in a month. Miles & Associates was the Owner’s Representative on this 9.5 million dollar rehabilitation. The project will be LEED Gold when completed.
