When it comes to the day-to-day construction process, things develop rapidly. Miles & Associates will be there to make sure things are proceeding on-time and on-budget, to navigate challenges as they arise, and to make sure you have a voice in the process every step of the way.
After construction is complete, the builders will want you – the owners – to engage in a process called the post-construction turnover. This is essentially a close out process where things are wrapped up, documents are presented, essential training is issued, and the owner is given the opportunity to approve the work. We’re able to attend these turnover sessions either with you or for you to ensure that you fully understand what’s being presented and have the opportunity to address any problems that you see.

Should problems arise with your building after construction is complete, the component will likely fall under a warranty. We navigate these complex warranties for you and represent you in getting the issue resolved, repaired or replaced.
